Selected MEMICS'09 papers have just appeared in a distinguished workshop postproceedings published by Dagstuhl Research Online Publication Server DROPS.

Extended versions of five papers from MEMICS'09 (authored by M. Steinova; K.G. Larsen, U. Fahrenberg, and C. Thrane; Z. Vasicek and L. Sekanina; L. Holik and J. Simacek; and M. Olsak, J. Filipovic, and M. Prokop) are going to appear in a special section of the Computing and Informatics journal.

We have uploaded slides for papers and presentations.

We are sorry to announce that Andrey Rybalchenko apologized for not being able to deliver his planned invited talk due to a health problem. At the same time, we announce a new invited speaker, namely Peter Habermehl who will speak on Angluin-style learning of non-deterministic finite-state automata.
Related to this change, the schedule of invited talks has slightly changed too---please see the programme.

Fourth invited talk at MEMICS will be Randomization and other ways to overcome determinism in algorithms by Rūsiņš Freivalds.

We are sorry to announce that professor Michael Fellows apologizes that, due to unexpected complications, he cannot get to Europe from Australia on time for his invited talk at MEMICS.

Reviewers have decided and we can publish the list of accepted papers and presentations.

Deadlines for abstract and paper submissions have been extended. Registration is opened.
